Cone and wheeled bins left on A5

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: Jadu-EFF024676.

Wheeled bins and road cone are left on the Left had side of the A5 heading North. They belong to a property here I presume, but have been left permanently on the road for months on the road for months if not a year. They are a hazard for cyclists and road users.
