Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council 1 hour, 36 minutes later. Council ref: 16005.

I have opened an earlier ticket about the overgrown footpath which you have stated will be addressed. You have not stated when this will be done. Am I supposed try and do the route only to battle through the vegetation to find that the work has not been done. You have closed the ticket so there is no way for me to be informed. Please leave this open until the issue is resolved.
