I am extremely disappointed that this report was changed to “Investigating” on Monday 29 June, yet there has been no visible action or update since.

The leak has now been ongoing for over two months and continues to flow across the road, onto the pavement and directly into our driveway. This is leaving our property constantly wet and creating unacceptable and unhygienic conditions.

Simply changing the status to “Investigating” without taking any action is not an acceptable response to an issue that has been allowed to continue for this length of time.

I expect an immediate update on what has been done since 29 June, why the repair has still not been carried out, and a clear timescale for when this issue will be resolved. Please treat this as a matter of urgency.
