The tree in the picture is over a public footpath and is very dangerous, it’s likely to fall on someone out for a walk. Could it possibly be cut down please. Many thanks.

  • Thank you for your report. Trees would be the landowner's responsibility to maintain and deal with rather than the Council's. We will carry out a site visit and do a land registry search to identify the landowner. The Council owns a strip of highway land in this area but not all of it
