These bins are not CBC's they have been here for nearly 2yrs, the company have been notified about these bins numerous times, they say they will get them, even with pictures of the location nothing has been done. They have been out however to change one of them for a different colour lid. People are putting rubbish in them and they stink, (no one empties these bins!) They need to be taken away please.
